June, 1st

คำอธิบาย

Yudonosan Shrine 湯殿山神社, also known as Dewa Sanzan's Inner Temple (Sanzan no oku no in 三山の奥の院) closes its gates from November to April because of the heavy snow that falls upon the region during winter. In 2021, Yudonosan Shrine opened access to the mountain in early May. The mountain will be accessible for visitors until early late October to early November. To mark the beginning of the new pilgrimage season, the Yudonosan Opening Ceremony is held every year on June 1st. If you wish to attend the ceremony inside Yudonosan Sanrojo, please make an inquiry to: https://www.yudonosan-stay.com/
